WHO IS CITYWATCH
CITYWATCH is action-oriented and fact-based. It is an advocacy and political activist effort engaging in public policy affecting the citizens of Bloomington and McLean County. CITYWATCH is concerned with good government, the relationship between citizen and government and focusing on the critical issues affecting and impacting the best interests of our citizens and community.
